Judy attended St. Paul High School and graduated from Siena College with a bachelor’s degree in Education. Driven by her desire to serve others, she later earned a master’s degree in Social Work from Arkansas State University.
Her professional life reflected her compassion and commitment to children and families. She worked as an English teacher and served as a social worker with SCAN and the Alternative School. Judy’s faith was central to who she was. A devoted member of Blessed Sacrament Church, she participated in Adoration, Altar Society and Mary’s Hearts. She also volunteered at St. Bernard’s Senior Life Center, where her servant’s heart and genuine kindness were deeply felt.
She loved her weekly bridge games and treasured her outings with her close-knit friend group affectionately known as “The Chicks.” A wonderful cook, she was happiest in the kitchen, filling her home with good food, laughter, and love. She had a great sense of humor, was very creative, and loved to sew special items for her children and grandchildren.
