Paragould- Juanita Syble Harvey, 95, passed away Friday, January 20, 2023 at Greene Acres Nursing Home.

She was born September 13, 1927 in Dixie to the late Gus and Nettie Mae Baker Hyde. Mrs. Harvey was a homemaker who liked to decorate for the holidays, go out to eat, enjoyed ice cream and taking care of flowers. She was an active member of Dixie Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Millard Harvey in 2008; a son-in-law, Ronnie Gould; sisters, Flossie Ryan, Lucille Diggs and Ruth Wineland and a brother, James Hyde.

She is survived by her daughters, Pat Malone (Gerald) of Marmaduke and Etta Gould of Carriere, Mississippi; grandchildren, Regina Jennings (Tommy), Jennifer Pope, Ronda Prestwood (Clayton) and Chad Gould; seven great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of her life will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Gregg- Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kim Bridges officiating. Interment will follow at Woods Chapel Cemetery.

The visitation will be from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Ronnie Harvey, Chad Gould, Tommy Jennings, Rick Wineland, Joshua McMahan and Evan Pillow.
