Joyce Elaine Dodson Snell, 69, of Maynard passed away, May 26, 2021, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Joyce was born June 18, 1951, to the late Charles Howard Dodson and Georgia Pauline Thurmond Dodson in Memphis, TN.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Howard, and Georgia Pauline Thurmond Dodson.

Joyce is survived by her husband David Snell; daughter Melissa (Joe) Dickey; stepsons Anton Saale of AR, David (Kim) Snell Jr of MO, David Wayne Snell of TX; stepdaughter Sally (Keith) Montgomery of MO; grandchildren, Aryanna Montgomery, and William Montgomery of MO; great grandchildren Delilah Rose Montgomery, Kaiden Charles Allbright, Shelby, Gus, Acelyn Snell; sisters, Cynthia (Marvin) Trotter, and Charlotte Baddour; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 29, 2021, from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. in the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will take place in Tennessee. Arrangements are under the direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
