Bay Joyce D. Watts, 81, died Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at St. Elizabeths Place in Jonesboro. She was born March 13, 1927 in Bay to the late Gordon and Mildred Hickman. She retired after 24 years with General Electric and was a member of the Bay Church of Christ. Mrs. Watts enjoyed sewing, growing roses and collecting antiques. She loved her grandchildren.
