Joseph Albert Lopez, 63, of Jonesboro, died Saturday, January 20, at UAMS in Little Rock. Born in Fresno, California on October 16, 1943, he spent the majority of his life in the Tracy, California area before moving to Jonesboro, three and a half years ago.
