Mr. Jose Carmen Arreguin-Juarez, of Cherry Valley, departed this life Wednesday, at his home at the age of 48. He was born July 16, 1964 in Apaseo el Alto, Mexico, the son of Leandro Juarez and Angelina Arreguin Juarez.
