Johnny William Moore, 70, of Mountain View passed away Monday, April 4, 2022 at his home.

He was born February 18, 1952 in Mountain View to the late William Henry "Pete" Moore and Vola Brewer Moore Reeves.  He was a certified mechanic.

He was preceded in death by his parents Pete Moore and Viola Reeves; wife, Mary Ann Haney Moore; his stepmother; two stepfathers; two sisters; and three brothers.

Johnny is survived by his children, Jeffrey (Christy) Moore, Danny (Terri) Moore, Johnny Lee Moore, and Christine Chalkline; seven grandchildren; siblings, Coy (Mary) Moore, Carlos (Kelly) Matlock, Johnny "J.L." (Jerry) Matlock, Christene Moore, Bonnie Moore, Billy (Trella) Moore, Rockie (Joyce) Messer, Darlene (Kevin) Keeffe, and Harold Wayne (Marie) Smith; and a host of family and friends.

A graveside memorial service will be held on Friday, April 15, 2022 at 10 AM at Jones Ridge Cemetery near Delaplaine under direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
