Jonesboro- Johnnie Sue Ann Ball, 74, passed to be with her Lord on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 surrounded by her family.

She was born October 6, 1945 in Jonesboro to the late John Vice and Reba Irene Roper Wood. Johnnie retired after eleven years with Frito Lay. She was a member of Nettleton Baptist Church. Johnnie enjoyed flowers, gardening, bowling, yard sales, going to the beach and attending her grandchildren's sporting events. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was survived by her children, Tami Jo DeRoeck, Toni Meridith (Steve), Stacy Roedel (Brian) and Tonya Herring (Shannon) and Todd Brewer all of Jonesboro, and Mandy Ball (Courtney) of Nashville, TN; a sister, Jo Ann Collins (Wink) of Natchez, MS; eleven grandchildren, Cody Phillips, Kalie Griffin, Haley Hays, Olivia DeRoeck, Brittany Roedel, Dallas Herring, Cooper Herring, Scarlett Ball, Wylder Ball, Secret Doss, Jaden Brewer; eight great-grandchildren and her best friend, Linda Smith.

She was also preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Heaven Grace Griffin.

A private graveside will be held Friday with Rev. Jeff Watson officiating under the direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
