Jimmy Ray Qualls, 72, of Harrisburg, departed this life Monday October 20, 2014, at his home. He was born July 15, 2014 in Harrisburg, to the late John Frank and Lorene Chamberlain Qualls. He worked for Ford Motor Company and Otis Engineering. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was of the Baptist faith. He was proceeded in death in by his parents; two brothers Charles Vernon Qualls and Teddy Wayne Qualls; two sisters, Margaret Reynolds and Diane Craig. He is survived by his wife Connie Qualls of Monette; a son, Jim Qualls and his wife Robin of Arnold, Missouri; a daughter Cheryl Qualls of St. Louis, Missouri; two brothers, J.E. Qualls and his wife Sylvia of Jonesboro and Junior Qualls and his wife Pam of Harrisburg; nine sisters,Virlene Neal of Truman, Gail Simpson and her husband Roger of Webster, Michigan, Linda Hughes and her husband Charles of The Colony, Texas, Sharon Goodin and her husband George of Harrisburg, Martha Parnell and her husband Henry Bradenton, Florida, Brenda Medina and her husband Thomas of Irving, Texas, Deborah McClure and her husband Gary of The Colony, Texas, Annette Peace and her husband Dean of Jonesboro and Regina Miller of Irving; four granddaughter, Taylor Qualls and Madison Qualls both of Arnold, Missouri, Elizabeth McCamey and Cloe McCamey both of Monette; and several nieces and nephews. A Graveside service will be 10 am Thursday October 23, 2014 at Pine Log Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 pm Wednesday at Gregg-Weston Funeral Home.
