Guntersville, AL - Jimmy McClelland, 72, formerly of Monette, passed away at Shepherds Cove Hospice, Tuesday, December 10, 2019.

He is survived by his wife; Janice McClelland; daughter, Amie McClelland and family; son, Matt McClelland and family; sister, Jan Sutton and family, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; James and Ruby McClelland, brother; Jerry McClelland; father-in-law and mother-in-law; Elvis and Lucille "Boots" Poe.

A visitation will be Thursday, December 12, 2019, at Adams Brown Service Funeral Home in Albertville, AL.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 15, 2019, at 3:00 pm at Monette First Baptist Church, the family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 pm till time of the service, burial will follow at Monette Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Shepherds Cove Hospice of Marshall County, Alabama.
