Texas- Jimmie Carl Kersey, 64, passed away November 8, 2012. He was born on November 27, 1948 at Jonesboro to the late Herbert and Lillian Kersey. Mr. Kersey retired as a Major from the United States National Guard; he served with the 875th Engineer Battalion in Jonesboro and the 431st Civil Affairs out of Little Rock.
