Monette- Jessie Geraldine Toots Markin, 83, died Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born January 22, 1925 in Monette to the late William and Sarah Loftin. She was a homemaker and a member of the Monette Assembly of God.
