Jerry Mitchell Priddy, 60, of Pocahontas, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.

Born on June 28, 1964, in Litchfield, Illinois, Jerry was the son of Walter Priddy and Alice Kistner Priddy. A devoted and hardworking man, Jerry dedicated 29 years of his life to ESNA, where he was known for his strong work ethic and friendly spirit.

Family was at the center of Jerry's life. He was a loving husband, proud father, doting grandfather, and loyal brother. His quick wit, big heart, and warm laugh will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Priddy; his baby brother, also named Walter Priddy; his children, Brittany Gibson and Dustin Gibson; and his precious grandchildren, Destiny and Gracie.

Jerry is survived by his devoted wife, Denise Priddy; his beloved children, Rocky (Chelsea) Priddy, Gabriel Flinn, Samantha (Joshua) Wicker, and Hailey Davis; and his cherished grandchildren, Jadyn Ivy, Trey Ivy, Preston Young, Alyssa Clark, Eli Wicker, Willow Wicker, and Oaklynn Wicker. He also leaves behind his great-granddaughter, Lillian Cline, who brought him immense joy. He also leaves behind his loving mother, Alice Priddy. He is mourned by his loving siblings, Anita Jett, Tonya Lomascolo, Barbara Priddy, Deborah Brown, and David Priddy, along with a large extended family of nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends who will remember him with fondness and love.

Jerry's legacy of kindness, strength, and dedication will live on through the many lives he touched. His memory will remain a guiding light for his family and friends, whose hearts are forever better for having known him.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27, 2025, from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. in the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation has been chosen as final disposition.
