Pocahontas- Jerry Carson Collins, 82, passed away March 15, 2017 at home.

Jerry was born April 8, 1934 in Noland, AR to Arley and Lulu Conner Collins. He loved to fish, hunt, and teach the Bible. He was a longtime Church of Christ minister at Noland.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Claudia Barnett; brothers, Glendon and Conner Collins.

He is survived by his wife, Sue Collins of the home; 2 step-daughters, Ruth Ann Sanders of Ravenden, Lisa Young of Pocahontas, 3 step-granddaughters and 1 great granddaughter; sister, Nina Conner of Oceanside California; several nieces, nephews, and several friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 12-1 pm at McNabb Funeral Home with a funeral service immediately following at 1 pm with Joshua Dement officiating. Burial in Chesser Cemetery.
