Obituary

POCAHONTAS-Jerry Wayne Bryant of Pocahontas, formerly of Bloomington, IL, passed away on December 15, 2007 from a longtime illness. He was born May 1, 1952 in Owensboro, KY. His parents, Oebert and Anna Dunn Bryant preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Diane of Pocahontas, daughter Tina (David) Rainwater of Pocahontas, two sons, Adam Wayne and Joshua Allen of Daytona Beach, F, stepson, Joshua Reed of Pocahontas, two stepdaughters, Randi Reed and Kim Reed of Pocahontas, four brothers, William (JC) Bryant and Stanley Bryant of Rolla, MO, Ronald (Connie) Bryant of McLean, IL and Charles Edward (Judy) Bryant of Bloomington, IL, three sisters, Martha Bryant and Janice (Jimmy) Day of LaCrosse, KS and Joyce (Vincent) Forbes of Elkhart, KS, seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was a Vietnam veteran and a retired forklift operator. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A memorial service will be held at 2pm Saturday in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with Howard Barr. officiating. Cremation rites have been accorded with interment at a later date.
