Mrs. Jeffie Dillinger of Harrisburg, departed this life on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, at the age of 92.

She was born September 28, 1932 in Williford, AR, the daughter of the late Harvey Lee Goings and Rozetta Chandler Goings.

Jeffie married Virgil Tony Dillinger on October 2, 1954 and they enjoyed 42 years together before his death in 1996. She was a loyal wife and homemaker and enjoyed working in her garden and canning. She also enjoyed quilting, sewing, knitting and crocheting. She was a faithful member of the Greenfield Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Tony Dillinger, two sisters, Geneva Finney and Beverly Phillips, and a grandson, Tony Wilson.

She is survived by four children, Mandy Huffman and her husband Rick, Doris Harris and her husband Tom, Danny Dillinger and his wife Mary, and Randy Dillinger and his wife Diane, all of Harrisburg, two sisters, Mozelle Huckabee of Poughkeepsie and Norma Lee of Cushman, five grandchildren, Candace Osterman, Keesha Dixson (Daniel), Taylor Huffman, Trevor Dillinger and Hailey Dillinger, and five great grandchildren, Dalton Mitchell, Cindel Osterman, Camden Wilson, Archer Dixson and Brennan Book.

Funeral services are set for Monday, January 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Gregg-Weston Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Criner officiating. Friends may visit at the funeral home, Monday, Noon till service time.    Because of weather, burial will be private following services at Bolivar Cemetery near Harrisburg.

Pallbearers will be Taylor Huffman, Trevor Dillinger, Nick Williams, Daniel Humbers, Kurt Johns and Daniel Dixson.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Camden Wilson, Cody Dillinger, Michael Dillinger, David Dillinger, Ronnie Dillinger and Dalton Mitchell.
