Jonesboro- Jean Taylor, 80 of Jonesboro died Monday morning, August 17, 2009 at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born June 21, 1929 the daughter of the late S.P. and Lula Penn in Lake City. Jean was a 1948 graduate of Bay High School. In her life, with husband A.M., they owned and operated Hilltop Grocery Store and Hilltop Delight Drive-In which originated the name for the Hilltop area north east of Jonesboro.
