Jason "Jay" Randle Barnett, 45, of Warm Springs passed away Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Regional One Trauma Center in Memphis.

Jay was born November 16, 1977 in Pocahontas to Randle and Kathy Chesser Barnett.  He worked as a sawmiller for Tucker Sawmill.

He was preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Misty Barnett; and his grandparents, Gene Chesser, Joe Barnett, and Nellie Barnett.

Jay is survived by his parents, Randle and Kathy Barnett; grandmother, Clara Chesser; niece, Kasey Barnett; nephew, Austin Barnett; special friend, Drew Tucker; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

All services will be graveside at Barnett Cemetery.  Visitation will be Sunday, December 4, 2022 from 12-1 PM with a graveside service beginning at 1 PM with Harmon Seawel officiating under direction of McNabb Funeral Home.

Honored to serve as Pallbearers are:  Shane Halliburton, Tracy Chesser, Bob Barnett, Adam Combs, Chris Halliburton, and Greg Chesser

Honorary Pallbearers will be Lee Kester and Jed Combs.
