James A. Sims of Harrisburg, Arkansas, departed this life Friday, October 5, 2012, at the St. Bernard\u0027s Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas, at the age of 76. He was born November 23, 1935, the son of Murrell Sims and Jackie Todd Sims.
