Paragould James Riley Williams, 31, died Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould. He was born December 28, 1977 in Jonesboro to the late John and Phillis Maggard Williams. Survivors include an aunt and uncle, Rex and Connie Maggard and cousin and caregiver, Marie Allen all of Paragould.
