Pocahontas- James "Jim" Ray Martin, 79, passed away March 11, 2017.

Jim was born October 1, 1937 in Pocahontas, AR to Guy and Sadie Gregory Martin.

He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife of 50 years, Nira Camper Martin; sister, Carolyn Sue Rutledge.

He is survived by his wife, Bobbye Reed Martin; sons, James Ray Jr. "Bo" (Tena) Martin of Jacksonville, Rick (Deb) Martin of Pocahontas; step-sons, Doty (Jennifer) Reed and Stacy (Rita) Reed both of Pocahontas; step-daughters, Robbie (Billy) Crismon of Pocahontas, and Tina (Nelson) Moore of Jonesboro; grandsons, Trey, Justin, Josh, and Gaven Martin; granddaughters, Tracy Martin and Crystal (Stuart) Blalock; great granddaughter, Maci Blalock; several step grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Charlotte (Steve) Spikes; sister-in-law, Carolyn Mann; and brothers-in-law, Gene and Robert Camper.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 14, 2017 from 5-7 pm at McNabb Funeral Home with a Rosary at 7 pm. A funeral mass will be Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at St. Paul's Catholic Church at 10 am with Father Mariadass Vallapaneni officiating. Burial in St. Paul Cemetery.
