Pocahontas - James Barry Fields, 77, passed away Monday, August 27, 2012 at St. Bernard's Medical Center. Born February 01, 1935 to the late Ira and Georgia Fields. He is also preceded in death by two brothers; J.M. Fields and Ira Fields, Jr. Two sisters; Coletta Archer and Lovis Koons. He is survived by wife, Elveta Fields of the home. Four daughters; Debbie Irving of Brinkley, AR., Melinda Mosty of Pocahontas, Brenda Thielemier of Cabot, AR and Jamie Kopp of Rogers, AR. Four grandchildren; Michelle Mansker of Jonesboro, Ryan Mosty of Odessa, TX., Kyle Thielemier of Cabot, AR., and Johnny Kopp of Rogers, AR. One great grandchild, Ayden Nelson. And sister, Colleen Stout of Pocahontas. Funeral service will be held Friday, August 31, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with Gerald Bounds officiating. Burial will follow in Hite Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 5-7 p.m. Pallbearers include: John Kopp, Wayne Thielemier, Kyle Thielemier, Terry Crosby, Bill Vandergriff and Ryan Mosty. Honorary Pallbearers include: Johnny Kopp and Ayden Nelson.
