Jonesboro- James Arvin Easley, 59, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2015. He was born December 17, 1955 in Jonesboro to the late Charles and Kharlsie Easley. He worked at Digital Learning Network, E. I. DuPont, George W. Jackson, Mid-South Health and Craighead County Jail and Abilities Unlimited. He was an avid gun collector, enjoyed playing chess, reading and when he was younger playing sports, running, lifting weights. He was an artist and was constantly trying to better himself. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Susan Easley; his children, Megan Hamilton (Seth) and Corey James Easley; a granddaughter, Skylar Hamilton; a brother, Michael Easley all of Jonesboro. A celebration of his life will be 6:00 pm Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Ron's Catfish. Each person will be responsible for their own meal. Arrangements were entrusted to Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
