Pocahontas - James "Junior" Cledth Carter Jr., 69, Passed away Oct. 1, 2009. He was born Dec. 27, 1939 in Okean Ar. To the late James and Margie Carter. He is survived by three daughters, Margie Ailez Henley of Cordova Tn., Jacquie Cossey of Little Rock, Ar., and Chrysta Phillips of Conway, Ar., Three sisters Wanda Dean, and Marvene Lance both of O\u0027kean, and Ann Tate of Jonesboro. Graveside services will be held Monday Oct. 5, 2009 at 2:00pm in Randolph Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 12:30-1:00 Monday in the Chapel of Mcnabb Funeral Home prior to the service.
