Bono- James Robert Chadwick, 49, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2022 at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House.

He was born January 25, 1973 in Paragould to Harold and Selma Leach Chadwick. James had worked in construction and was a factory worker. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and watching tv a lot. James was a member of the Herndon Church of Christ.

James was survived by his parents, Harold and Selma Chadwick of Bono; a brother, David Chadwick (Emily) of Bono; nieces and nephews, Gillian Chadwick, Cassidy Chadwick, Raven Chadwick, Hailie Chadwick and Christopher Chadwick; his aunts, Linda Canamore, Mary Jo Pierce (Dewayne) and Betty Sue Carter (Bill) all of Jonesboro; an uncle, Scott Leach (Sandy) of Brookland and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lee and Lola Chadwick and Curtis and Eveline Leach.

A celebration of his life will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel with Joseph Noto officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from noon until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Scott Leach, Joshua Leach, Hunter Leach, Aaron Chadwick, Mark Ivy and Terry Jones.
