Obituary
James David Bray, 79, of Maynard passed away Sunday, May 10, 2020 at his home.
He was born July 22, 1940 in Little Rock to the late Columbus Elbert and Dorothy Ellarea Davis Bray.
James was preceded in death by his parents, Columbus and Dorothy Bray; two wives, Janice Bray and Helen Bray; one granddaughter, Jessica Fletcher; and two brothers, Jackie Lee Bray and Anthony Dan Bray.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Arthur Short; four children, Sheila Bray of Little Rock, David (Juliana) Bray of Greenbrier, Cindy (Brent) Tucker of Little Rock, and Amanda Bray of Little Rock; fifteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; four siblings, Kay Hill of Granville, Ohio, Walter Bray of Maynard, Jean (Francis) Moore of Jacksonville, Florida, and Ann (Randy) Parker of Maynard; numerous nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
No services will be held. Cremation has been chosen as the method of final disposition. James will be laid to rest at a later date at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
Services are under the direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
