Black Oak- J D Coleman, 87, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2011 at Monette Manor. Mr. J D was born August 30, 1923 near Black Oak to the late Aaron and Susie Coleman. He spent many years as cotton ginner in Black Oak and after his retirement he still loved going up to the Gin, to visit and to check on things. He was a member of the Black Oak Church of Christ.
