Jonesboro- Inez Carter Bridger, 87, passed away Friday, September 10, 2010 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. She was born August 7, 1923 in Jonesboro to the late James and Wilma Carter Sr. She graduated from Jonesboro High School in 1941.
