MAYNARD " Hoy Glendon Martin, 77, son of the late William Andrew and Juley Ann Kester Martin, passed away Monday, April 09, 2012 at his home. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Ilean Ford; brothers, Coy "Tot" Earl Martin, Eugene Martin, Paul "Leroy" Martin and Sherman Martin; and grandson, Joshua Krueger. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Lee Martin of the home; children, Jimmy Glen Martin and Jamie Martin of Creve Coeur, Ill., Rita Gray Martin Dyer and Lee Dyer of Maynard, Michael Andrew Martin and Anne Marie Martin of Newport, Virginia "Leanne" Martin Krueger and Rodney Krueger Jr. of Walnut Ridge; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. A sister, Charlene Watson of West Memphis, and nephew, Jerry Brown of Smithville, also survive. An ordained minister with Love Alive Ministries and current member of New Covenant Christian Church, he lived his life by the scripture of the 23rd Psalm. His life revolved around God, family, friends and music. Memorials may be made to St. Bernards Hospice, 1726 Marie Circle, Jonesboro, 72401. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday, April 13, 2012 in Randolph Memorial Gardens with Dick Riney and John Murray officiating.
