Pocahontas - Howard Gene Miller, passed away Monday, July 23, 2012. Born February 17, 1930 to the late Sonny Peppers and Mary Miller. He is preceded in death by wife Maynola Miller, brothers; Ellis, James and Walden Peppers. He is survived by children; Lee Miller, Donnie Miller, John Miller and Terry Miller. 6 grandchildren, two sisters; Linda Camp and Sue Peppers and brother Clem Peppers. Mr. Miller was in the Army from 1950-1952 and was awarded the Purple Heart. Mr. Miller was cremated and there is no services scheduled. McNabb Funeral Home was in charge of making arrangements.
