Chickasha, Oklahoma- Houston Robert Harper, 35, passed away at his home April 28, 2017.

He was born April 5, 1982 in Memphis, TN and grew up in Monette. He graduated from Buffalo Island Central High School and University of Arkansas. Houston was an Industrial Engineer who loved his family, golf, baseball, traveling and improv comedy.

He is survived by his son, Crosby Harper; his mother, Carrie Harper; a brother, Richard Harper and his wife, Megan and a nephew, Miles Harper.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bland Robert "Bob" Harper Jr.

A graveside service will be 1:00 pm Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Monette Memorial Cemetery with Darrin Owens officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Monette.
