Obituary
Pontiac, MI - Homer "Dinky" McCarroll Jr, 92, of Pontiac, MI passed away Sunday, January 26, 2020 at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital.
He was born September 2, 1928 in Birdell to the late Homer McCarroll Sr and Ruby Oakes. He had a great love for baseball, cooking, and cars.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his stepfather Edgar Benson.
He is survived by his special friend and caregiver Louann Tibbitts, and many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 2, 2020 from 1-2 PM in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with a funeral service following at 2 PM with Joshua Dement officiating. Burial will follow in Hardin Cemetery.
