Herbert Charles Halford, 86, of Jonesboro died Tuesday morning, April 24, 2007 at Skilcare Nursing Home. Herbert served in the U.S. Army Air Force As a B-17 pilot and remained in the Air Force Reserves until he separated in 1963 with the rank of Captain.
