Wynne- Helen Francis Fobes Kidder Seyfert, 87, died Dec. 20, 2009 at St. Bernards Medical Center following a brief illness. Ms. Seyfert was born in Providence, RI. to the parents of Edson and Grace Fobes who preceded her in death. Her only brother, Malcom Randall Fobes, also preceded her in death.
