Obituary

GOSHEN,IN-Hazel Kelley Messner, born March 30, 1927 in Noland, AR, passed away at home on May 7, 2007, after a long illness while in the care of her husband, Robert Messner. The family wants to thank him and the local Hospice for the excellent care and comfort she was given in her last months. She will be missed by her husband, Robert, her daughters, Helen (Nipps) Johnson and Patsy Jean (Nipps) Massey, her son, Kevin Kelley, her stepson, David Kelley, her stepdaughters, Dianna (Kelley) Diamond and Beth \u0026 Marcia Messner. She had 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind two brothers, Freeman and William Goode and numerous nieces \u0026 nephews. She is predeceased by her first husband, Lehman Nipps, her second husband, Josh Kelley, her mother Grace Goode, 3 brothers, Jim, Howard \u0026 Leonard Goode; her son, Kenneth Nipps and stepson, Daniel Kelley. She was an active member of the Church of Christ for many years. She will be buried beside her loved ones in Pocahontas, AR on Friday, May 11. Visitation will be from 12-2pm at McNabb Funeral Home, with the service immediately following. She was loved and will be missed by all.
