Jonesboro- Master Sergeant Harold Edward Minton, 76, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2009 at his residence after a long illness. He was born north of Jonesboro, November 25, 1932. He lived most of his life in the Bono area and was a graduate of Bono High School. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam. He was a First Sergeant of the 66th Military Police Company, 1968-1969 and was awarded the Bronze Star for his Vietnam Service. ...
