PRESCOTT,AZ- Grover Thomas Stanley was born April 16, 1917 in Doniphan, MO and died at his home in Prescott on March 2, 2008. His parents, Herman and Luvina Plunk Stanley, three brothers, Alvin, Almus and Clarence Stanley, and two sisters, Orda Beeman and Bertha Cullum, preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife of nearly 68 years, Juanita Roberts Stanley of the home, a daughter, Donna Stanley of Phoenix, AZ, brother-in-law, Don Roberts of Jonesboro, three nephews and one niece. Graveside services will be held at 2pm Sunday at the Ingram Cemetery in Maynard with Ben Williams officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of McNabb Funeral Home in Pocahontas.
