Obituary

Jonesboro- Glenda Juanita Fletcher, 80, departed this life on Sunday, July 3, 2016 at her home. She was born February 1, 1936 in Alsup to the late Harold and Velva Freeman. For many years she was a member of the Nettleton Church of Christ. She worked at the Great Southern Coaches bus line and Walmart. She enjoyed cross stitching, going to church and spending time with her family. She is also preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Fletcher Ceballos; a brother, Charles Freeman and a sister, Kaye Moss. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Troy Fletcher; two sons, Steve Fletcher of the home and Mike Fletcher and his wife Gloria of Bay; six grandchildren, Elizabeth Jones (Adam) of Mountain Home, Nicole Baum (Daniel) of Little Rock, Andre Ceballos (Lauren) of Southaven, MS, Natasha Pierce (Johnny) of Bay, Joanna Cash (Rohn) of Olive Branch, MS and Natalie Mitchell (Ritchie Jr.) of Jonesboro; eleven great-grandchildren. Services will be 10:00 am Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel with Jimmy Young officiating. Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Gregg- Langford Bookout Funeral Home. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Mike Cook, Glyn Blake, Adam Jones, Johnny Pierce, Ritchie Mitchell Jr. and Andre Ceballos and as honorary pallbearers, Rohn Cash, Larry Rawls and Charles Loperano.
