Obituary

Georgia Moore Kick, 97, of Pocahontas passed away Friday, May 8, 2020 at her home.

Georgia was born October 20, 1922 in Success to the late Charles and Georgia Pepper Moore. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, lifetime Cardinals fan, Memphis Grizzlies fan, member of the Redhats, EHC, and Shannon Baptist Church. She enjoyed eating at Burger King with friends after church, birds, and flowers. She was loved by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Georgia Moore; husband, Leo Kick; three brothers, Paul Moore, Truman Moore, and Lewis Moore; five sisters, Leota Gerrish, Geraldine Rahm, Katherine Lambert, Virgian Newsom, and Charlesfaye Moore.

Georgia is survived by seven children, Peggy (Don) Ford of Nesbit, Mississippi, Pat (Joe) Jones of Pocahontas, Jim (Charlotte) Kick of Forney, Texas, Nancy (Al) Smith of Collierville, Tennessee, Jack (Carol) Kick of Pocahontas, Danny (Donna) Kick of El Dorado, and Donna (Mike) Hicks of Jonesboro; fourteen grandchildren, Michael Ford, Ben Liebhaber, Brett Liebhaber, Heath Kick, Cody Kick, Kasey Kick, Jason Smith, Elizabeth Walker, Carmen Jacobson, Bridgette Kasinger, Shane Hicks, Jordan Hicks, Kevin Kick, and Russ Kick; twenty-two great grandchildren; special friend, Janet Bates, and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 13, 2020 from 12-2 PM in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with a funeral service following at 2 PM with Michael Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shannon Baptist Church, 1706 Pace Road, Pocahontas, AR 72455.
