Weiner- Gene Alton Hedge, 57, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at his home.
Alton was born December 8, 1962 in Wynne. He was a retired construction worker and loved to fish and hunt. He attended the Weiner First Assembly of God.
He is survived by his mother, Jean Hedge of Weiner; a son, Jonathan Hedge of Wynne; a brother, Ronnie Hedge (Diane) of Weiner and a granddaughter, Avery Ann Hedge.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Alton Hedge and a brother, Bruce Keith Hedge.
Funeral service will be 10:00 am Friday, January 17, 2020 at Weiner First Assembly of God with Rev. Rick Ferren officiating. Interment will follow at Union Grove Cemetery near Tilton under the direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
No Visitation
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Rob DeGood, Dennis Andrews Sr., Dennis Andrews III, Mike McNair, Anthony Sullins and Allen Soden.
