Mrs. Fushia "Billie" Downing, of Harrisburg, departed this life Friday, July 16, 2010, at her home at the age of 97. She was born November 8, 1912, in Jonesboro, the daughter of Carlton Edwards and Lillie Abbott Edwards. While living in Jonesboro, she operated a Beauty Shop.
