Ocala, Florida - Freddy Don Rolland Sr., 71, formerly of Monette, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2020 from Vietnam Agent Orange Renal Failure at his home under the care of his children and hospice.

He was born June 9, 1948 to late William and Alice Rolland. Freddy was raised around Monette and graduated from Monette High School in 1967. He served with the 82nd and 173rd Army Airborne Units during the Vietnam War and was a member of the Monette American Legion Post 136.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jane Rolland; and three brothers, Bill, Glen and Jack.

He is survived by his children, Freddy Rolland Jr. (Cindy) and Kari Ann Rolland-Halcomb (Marc); three brothers, Larry, Benny and Jerry and three sisters, Shirley, Freda and Patsy; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Private burial will be held at Bushnell National Cemetery in Florida.
