Freda Kay Lewis, 65, departed this life on August 7, 2024, at NEA in Jonesboro. Freda was born on July 5, 1959, to the late Leo and Bertha Mitchell in Randolph County.

Freda enjoyed watching western shows and had a deep love for gospel music but most of all she loved her children.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Bertha Mitchell; one son, Robert Lewis in which she is reunited.

Freda is survived by her children, Sharon Lewis of Pocahontas, Carolyn Lewis of Pocahontas and son, Roger Lewis of Paragould. She also leaves behind special friends, Fred and Doni Martin and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held 2:00 – 3:00 PM Monday, August 12, 2024, in the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service will follow at 3:30 PM in the Chesser Cemetery with Pat Bodenhamer officiating.

Memorials may be made to the Doni Martin Center for developmental services.
