Mrs. Frankie Mae Bell of Marked Tree, Arkansas, departed this life Sunday, April 18, 2010, in Jonesboro, at the age of 74. She was born April 18, 1936 in Lepanto, Arkansas, the daughter of Frank Marshall and Edith Matthews Marshall. She was a restaurant cook for most of her life and was a Methodist.
