Bono- Frances Elizabeth Carpenter, 94, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2024 at Lakeside Nursing Home.

She was born December 7, 1929 in Sedgwick to the late Jack and Ida Gray Deen.  She had worked for Frolic Footwear from 1946 until 1980. She owned her own business, a Flea Market in Springdale. She also was a lifelong lover of the Pekinese dogs and had many and all were named Tiger.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold Carpenter; her siblings, Audrey Marshall, Guy Garvin, Paralee Taylor, Cleo Deen, Midge Duggar, Cleatis Jackson Deen, Cloma Deen, Gladys Cook and Charles Alfred Deen.

She is survived by her siblings, Floyd Junior Deen and Patsy Deen Forcum; her beloved great-niece, Magan Robb and many other nieces and nephews.
