Obituary
Jonesboro- Forest McCormack Hayse, 65, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Cross Ridge Hospital in Wynne.
He was born December 12, 1951 in Jonesboro to the late Henry and Mildred Hayse. Forest served his country proudly in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked for NEA Glass for several years. He loved to deer hunt and was a part of the CNF Hunting Club. He enjoyed grilling, cooking and gardening. He will be remembered as a loving son, brother and father.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Doris Whitley and a brother, Gary Hayse.
He is survived by a brother and his wife, Larry and Carla Hayse of Jonesboro; two sons and their wives, Matt and GiGi Hayse of Jonesboro and Jeremy and Christal Hayse of Batesville; six grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kevin Barnett. Interment will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from noon until 2:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Brandon Bass, Jerrod West, David Atkison, Burnis Shelton, Don Oswald and David Oswald.
