Monette- Floyd Finley, 75, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2011 in Manila. He was born May 8, 1935 in Elizabeth to the late Harm and Edna Finley. He lived most of his life in the Monette area and was a retired farm worker in Michigan and was of the Baptist belief.
