Pocahontas- Fannie Haynes-Billips, 95 passed away on July 28, 2016 at Five Rivers Medical Center. Fannie was born November 14, 1920 in Marmaduke, AR to Grover and Jimmie Martin Cleveland. She enjoyed yard work, flower beds, gardening, canning and quilting. She is survived by 1 son, Jerry (Amy Ward) Haynes; 2 brothers, Loyd and Charles Cleveland; step daughter Mary (Joe) Huddleston; 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 4 step grand children; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 husbands, William (Milas) Haynes, Dude Billips; 1 son, Donald Haynes; 1 daughter, Mikalou (Haynes) Hulse; 2 brothers, L. V. and Edmond Cleveland; and 1 sister Louise Weird. Visitation will be Monday, August 1, 2016 from 1-3 pm at McNabb Funeral Home with a funeral service immediately following at 3 pm with Nelson Henderson officiating. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her honor can be made to First Free Will Baptist Church in Pocahontas.
