Pocahontas - Everett Duane Teel, 77, passed away February 03, 2009 at Five Rivers Medical Center. Born June 16, 1931 in Pocahontas to the late Everett and Myrtle Teel. He is survived by wife, Lucille Teel of the home, three sons; Gary, Rawdy, and Norman Teel all of Pocahontas. 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Service will be held 2 p.m. Friday February 6, 2009 in the Chapel of McNabb Funeral Home. Burial will follow to Thompson Cemetery with Andy Lathan officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday from 5-7 also in the Chapel. Pallbearers include: Gary Teel, Jerry Sullivan, Billy Sullinger, Bud Martin, Bryan Martin, and Benny Waymon.
