Monette- Evelyn Isabelle Bronaugh, 88, died September 12, 2014 at Lakeside Nursing Center in Lake City. She was born April 1926 in Leachville to the late Clyde and Martha Ramsey and raised in Monette by her grandmother, Anner Lee Ramsey. She was a homemaker for many years and then worked and retired from a major insurance company. Upon retiring she moved back to Monette where she resided ever since. She greatly enjoyed word puzzles and games. She was an avid dog lover, being the parent and guardian to many special friends over the years. She was preceded in death by a son, Billy Gerald Bronaugh; a grandson, David Dilbeck. She will be dearly missed by her children, Edward Dwayne Fraser of Denver, Colorado, Tommy Lee Bronaugh Riegelsberger and Clyde Edward Bronaugh both of Monette; a daughter-in-law, Phyllis Irene "Sue" Bronaugh of Granite City, Illinois; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and many dear friends. There will be a private memorial service under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Monette. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the American Heart Association.
